  • Empty water bottle
  • Dry ingredients: rice, sugar, or dried beans
  • Decorative stickers

Make as described in the video and assist as needed. Try to make bottles all a bit different; people might like to play with the music shaker they made themselves. Put some upbeat music on and play along.

Early and middle-stage memory care/dementia.
