You can do this verbally with a group or an individual. It can also be a good hallway activity. Repeat the letter you are using frequently and try to engage as many different people as possible.
Early-stage dementia
In this word game, it is good to repeat the relevant letter aloud as a reminder.
If the person(s) find it hard to remember that today’s letter is C, write it large on a piece of paper so they can see it all the time. Reinforce by pointing to the letter.
