Guacamole

A Healthy Avocado Snack.

Supply List:

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 diced onion (saute in olive oil before adding if you don't like onions raw)
  • 1/2 clove of smashed garlic
  • juice of 1 lime
  • pinch of salt
  • a little cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • pinch of ground cumin

Method:

Put the avocados in a bowl and mash them up with a fork. Add the tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Mix this all up.

Add lime juice and salt, then add cayenne pepper and cumin to taste. Mix it all up and enjoy.

Correction: the supply list at the end of the video mentions a can of chickpeas. Please ignore this as it was added by mistake!
