Have You Ever Heard of an ‘Acrostic Poem’?

In an acrostic poem, each letter of a word, in this case, the word GARDEN, is the starting letter for a new word or phrase related to the original one. For example, using the word SUN, you can make a poem that looks like this:

Shine bright
Up in the sky
New life

Print the poetry page, write one word or a short sentence after each letter in GARDEN.

The words you write should all relate to gardening or nature.

Write your words on a piece of paper first, until you are sure of the lines before writing them into the poem page.
