1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
Pinch of salt
1 can chick-peas
Paprika to decorate
Cucumber to dip
Put lemon juice and tahini into a blender and blend for 1 minute.
Add olive oil, garlic, salt and ground cumin and blend for 30 seconds.
Add the can of chick peas (drain off the liquid first) and blend a further 30 seconds.
Place the hummus into a serving dish and decorate with a sprinkle of paprika.
Cut sticks of cucumber, dip into hummus and enjoy!
