Coloring – Three Eggs

Get Creative with Patterns and Colors.

Supply List:

  • Printed image
  • Brush
  • Paints (or coloring pens/markers)
  • Water for cleaning brushes

Directions for Caregivers:

Painting together is a nice social pastime.

This can be part of a farm theme or an Easter coloring page.

You can draw nice patterns on the eggs and make them multi-colored.

Painting is an excellent group activity. Cet creative with your eggs!

Early and middle-stage memory care/dementia.

Supply materials, explain how to use/mix paints. Be on hand to offer support if needed.
If a person is reluctant to take part, leaving a brush and page in front of them can often lead to the person picking it up and engaging after a while of watching others paint.

Late-stage memory care/dementia.

Use hand over hand assistance if this an option. Painting is a nice activity as a passive observer if the person is not able to actively participate.
