Directions for Caregivers:

Print the worksheet, supply a pen for him or her to do their own writing, or read out the clues and do it together verbally. Give extra clues if needed. Mention the relevant starting letters frequently to keep the person you are with focused.

If you have a group member that is very fast and answering all the questions first, ask that if anyone has already supplied an answer to give others a chance for the next clue. That way, people get time to think and participate. Mention the relevant starting letters frequently to focus the participant(s) while you do the game.

Early-stage memory care/dementia.
