About this Activity

Method

Cut a length of tape slightly narrower than the short side of the background paper and place it across the middle of the page to start off your Hanukkah candles.

Place a second, longer piece in the center of the page lengthways. This is the middle candle and upright stand of the candelabra. Look at the picture on this page to see how high it should reach on the page.

Cut a shorter piece for the bottom of the page for the Hanukkah candelabra base.

Place eight shorter pieces of tape on each side of the center candle to make the other candles.

Cut nine small teardrop shapes from the yellow paper for flames and nine narrower pieces of orange paper to go inside the flame. Use the gluestick to stick the orange in the yellow flame and then glue them in place just above each candle.
