Supply List:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 cup milk choice
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

Directions for Caregivers:

Measure out the ingredients and enjoy the results!

Early and mid-stage memory care/dementia.

Measure out the ingredients together, blend, and enjoy the results!

Late-stage memory care/dementia.

Join in as a passive observer, watch the smoothie getting made and enjoy the drink.

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

This smoothie is delicious as a drink and you could also freeze it to make a tasty popsicle.
