Spot the difference is a good mental activity game.
Two versions of the same picture are shown side by side and you must find the differences between the two pictures.

How you might use this activity:
For Individuals (independent persons), give the person a printed page with the puzzle and he or she may wish to do it in their own time. Check back later to go through the answers or show them the solution.
Along with a caregiver / activity director for the following:
One-on-one activity, print out the page and sit down and try to solve the puzzle together. Make sure you give the person you are doing it with is given enough time to find the differences by themselves as far as possible. Reminisce about the them in the image.
Early stage memory care / dementia, as above
Middle stage memory care / dementia, as above. Offer more hints and assistance if needed. This game is good for both focus and concentration.
This activity is suitable for both men and women.
