About this Activity

Keep those little grey cells active!

This activity is good to print out and leave somewhere open in the house for a few days. You can add flowers as you think of them and not have to do it all in one go.

Completing a task like an alphabet word game can lead to feelings of accomplishment and boost self-esteem, which is especially important as dementia can often affect an individual's confidence.
