This is a lovely decoration for your house at Easter.
If you are an activity professional, this craft works really well as a group project, with people choosing feathers and placements and watching the result happening. A good social and tactile craft.
- Rubber band to hold the branches together
- 3.5" lengths of thin wire
How you might use this activity:
For Individuals (independent persons), make as described in the video.
Along with a caregiver / activity director for the following:
One-on-one activity, group activity, early stage memory care / dementia, middle stage memory care / dementia. make as described in the video. Offer guidance and assistance where needed.
Late stage memory care / dementia, the person may be able to choose the feathers that they like and point to where they would like you to attach them. Nice colorful activity to enjoy watching as a passive observer also.
