- Drinking straw
- Green paper for leaves

How you might use this activity:
For Individuals (independent persons), make as described in the video.
Along with a caregiver / activity director for the following:
One-on-one activity, make as described in the video. Bring supplies to the session and have fun together.
Group activity, make as described in the video. Don't have your group too big. You need time to go around everyone and see if people need help. Fun social activity for all and the results look great when displayed.
Early stage memory care / dementia, make as described above and in the video. Explain the activity and bring supplies needed. Supervise and assist as needed.
Middle stage memory care / dementia, As above. Explain the activity and bring supplies needed. You may also need to give more assistance as regards cutting out and gluing.
Late stage memory care / dementia, This is a nice activity for a passive observer also, either by watching the video or watching the activity. The person may like o give advice on color choices etc. "Do you like the red or blue color best? Or placing the finished flowers in the vase?
